01Purpose

Holagram is for decisions that bear on people’s lives. It asks that a decision show what it looked at: whose accounts it drew on, where they differed, what it turned on and what became of each. It questions one habit, taking a single account, an office’s or a model’s, as the description of a situation. It keeps numbers, trials and rules. It aims at conduct that others can check, not at trust, which only others give. Holagram’s own account is held to the same rule.

02What Holagram will answer

• Any question about a claim on the site, a source, a reading, a figure or how a page was made.
• Write to damianocerrone@gmail.com. A reply comes within ten working days.
• Each message that questions a claim is told what was done with it: corrected, kept with a reason, or not taken up, and why.

03Corrections

• A claim shown to be wrong is corrected on the page, and the correction is dated in the log below with the old wording kept.
• A source that fails a check keeps its mark on the literature pages and is not silently removed.
• A dated watch, such as November 2026, written in advance, is never edited above its result; changes are added below it with their date.

04What would change its mind

• That the ordinary record of a decision already holds the differences that the people concerned and staff name.
• That accounts kept under their owners never change a decision, a plan or an account once they have been answered.
• That a fluent model summary serves owners and readers as well as named accounts do.
• That the more powerful accounts are followed more often, and the practice does not change it.
• That taking part exposes people to more harm than it adds anything.
• That a page of the site treats one account, its own included, as the description of a situation. That page is then changed.

Each is a test the proposed studies are designed to run. None has been run.

05What it does not do

• It issues no score, index, ranking, badge or certificate, of wholeness, coherence, trust or anything else.
• It does not claim that the practice restores trust, improves decisions or meets a legal duty, such as a duty to consult or to give reasons. At most it may inform them.
• No model writes or signs a note on a decision, and nothing is claimed about what a model experiences.
• It lends its name to no decision already taken, and to no vendor or model as a mark of participation.
• Readings concern documents, places, organisations and offices, not the motives of named living people.

06How the site is made

The literature behind the pages was gathered by AI scouts and re-checked by AI auditors, and every source is marked by what was checked. Most page text is drafted with a language model, and a person decides what is published. Models draft and object, and say so; a person decides.

07Interests

One plain line on work with public institutions and on any interest in participation or AI tools, without naming clients or products.

08Who answers for it

A named person, or a host institution that signs each study and takes the data-protection role.

Until then, the address above is the way to reach whoever answers for the site.

09What the site keeps

• The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
• Two of its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees a visitor’s address.
• Messages are kept for as long as the exchange needs, then deleted.
